138KV DOUBLE CIRCUIT TRANSMISSION LINE MONOPOLE TOWER

138KV double circuit transmission line monopole tower is widely used in oversea market, especially in western countries. In city power grid project, 138KV monopoles are widely used in power transmission& distribution projects.
Double-circuit transmission line has two circuits. Double-circuit towers hold the different conductors stacked atop one another, while in single-circuit towers the conductors are lined up horizontally.
MEGATRO can optimized design and make tower less weight, high strength, proper span distance, good wind resistance, and economy in the use of materials, especially in tower design, we can make final weight lower, with maximum utility of material and make total structure more strong and sturdy. MEGATRO is equipped with sophisticated machinery and equipment for the manufacture of 138KV double circuit monopole tower, and offers a variety of designs to meet client specific.

After fabrication all 138KV double circuit transmission line steel tower, are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.

MEGATRO is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of every tower section. This attention to quality may not be the cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high standards of quality. And it helps to reduce on-site construction cost due to mismatched assemblies.
